Growing up in Quebec in the 80's, the sugar shack was my favorite school activity. It meant spring was here and we got to go to the sugar bush, see how they boiled the syrup, run around outside, but most of all, eat traditional maple taffy on snow.

We bring this same experience to your school or place of business. Our pop up tent is decorated in a rustic fashion. We try to keep our heritage and tradition alive. Our staff is always fully costumed and we play traditional french Canadian music at the tent.

A French traditional sugar shack usually runs in the spring

from March to April. And winter carnivals go all winter

from November until the end of spring.
