Canadian maple shack Inc. - The real Canadian experience
Growing up in Quebec in the 80's the sugar shack was my favorite school activity. It meant spring was here and we got to go to the sugar bush, see how they boiled the syrup, run around outside but most of all eat traditional maple taffy on snow.


When I see a group of children eating  maple taffy sticks, meltin snow dripping and glistening in the spring sun, dancing around on some French Canadian music, I get to re-live and share a piece of my childhood and heritage. 

We are proud to be sharing this beautiful heritage with schools of Calgary and Edmonton and the area, as well as many corporate groups for our 6th season.

A French  traditional sugar shack usually runs in the spring
from March to April. And winter carnivals go all winter
from November until the end of spring.

Producing maple syrup from the maple tree sap is one of Canada's oldest traditions and being able to share this with the world is what keeps us going.
